Canning

Today I spent the entire day canning tomatoes and peach jam. This is the first time I have done jam and I think it was pretty enjoyable. It is easy compared to apples.



I just had to post the pictures to remind me off the beauty so I can now face the mess of neglected children and a canning kitchen.

    This time of the year brings back many a good memory. I wish you were here and could do these things with Stef. We really miss you guys!
